Kolibio is built for restaurant operators in Western markets, particularly owners running one to ten locations. We bring inventory, costs, orders, vendors, and payroll estimates together in a single iOS app, and use AI to turn paper documents into data you can verify.

Our product principles are simple. AI drafts, people keep the books: every scan and import passes through human confirmation, and nothing is ever recorded silently. Reliability beats convenience: re-importing the same file never duplicates your data. Honesty beats marketing: we don't claim capabilities we haven't shipped, and numbers we can't compute accurately are shown as — rather than a false zero.

The current release is a standalone edition: all data lives on your device, and no account is required. Cloud sync and team collaboration are planned; before they launch, we will update the privacy policy and ask for your consent.
