Hours that never double. Raises that never rewrite history.
Organized into Staff, Attendance, and Payroll: employee records, attendance import, and minute-level payroll estimates. The module is positioned plainly as an internal estimation tool — it does not replace a compliant payroll system.
A raise creates a new rate card and closes the previous one automatically. Any given day matches at most one card, so historical pay stubs are never altered by a raise.
Supports legacy time-clock .xls files and a standard template, parsed entirely on your device. Hours are recomputed from paired clock-in and clock-out records rather than the file's own summary columns.
Staff clock in with a single location check within a configurable radius of the store (50–500 m). Coordinates and distance are recorded for the owner's review, and out-of-range attempts are declined with the current distance shown.
Pay is calculated from hourly rate and effective minutes, split across midnight, using the rate card in effect that day and independent holiday multipliers. Ten types of manual adjustments each require a reason.
Pay stubs move from draft to submitted to approved and locked, then marked paid. Staff can propose their own rate, effective only after owner approval, and every adjustment and status change is audited.
Re-importing the same attendance file never creates additional records
Payroll is an internal estimation tool with an on-screen disclaimer; it does not constitute compliant payroll
