Orders, dishes, recipes, and margins in one workspace
Organized into Overview, Orders, Dishes, and Profit — the complete sales-side flow: POS import, posting that deducts inventory, and margin analysis, with separate views for à la carte and all-you-can-eat.
Import sales reports (.xlsx) from supported POS platforms in one tap, with generic CSV as well. Duplicate imports are blocked per store and business day, and new dishes go through their own confirmation screen.
Posting an order deducts inventory by recipe using FIFO, and shortages trigger substitution confirmation. Posted orders can't be deleted because they have moved inventory; drafts can be deleted at any time.
Manage dishes and filter by type, mapping per-serving quantities to inventory ingredients. Photograph a menu to get suggested names, prices, and ingredients; Excel imports dedupe by dish name.
À la carte mode provides a margin ranking, low-margin warnings, and an average-margin health score. AYCE mode switches to volume ranking, high per-serving-cost ranking, and overall food cost percentage.
Enter guest counts per tier — lunch, dinner, weekend — and daily revenue is the sum of each tier's price times its guests. On days with POS orders, POS data takes precedence, so nothing is counted twice.
Only POS platforms with completed integrations are listed
Dine-in and takeout are reported separately, with cumulative sales per dish
